The owners of our company have been in the real estate business in the
Mammoth area since 1974, and our reservation/housekeeping service has been
in existence since 1983, so we are here for you year after year.

Reservations

We offer our rental owners the most aggressive advertising program in
Mammoth. We presently are advertising in many magazines both winter and
summer. We distribute over 150,000 color brochures in both southern and
northern California, Las Vegas and Reno in sport shops and corporate distribution
systems.

Our ads in different newspapers and magazines generate a great amount
of rentals being viewed by thousands of interested people.
We attend major ski & snowboard shows in southern California (with
our own show booth) each fall, which gives us great exposure to winter
and summer guests. We work with over 300 travel agents throughout the U.S.A. and we advertise in the Hotel Travel Index (the travel agents bible).
Our Main Street location with our large marquee attracts many walk-ins
year round, especially in the summer months.

Onsite Project Management
We are presently managing some of Mammoths finest developments. We offer
24 hour on-site management. We meet with our board of directors in Southern
California bi-monthly. We carry all the necessary liability insurance and Workmen's
Compensation. We do the hiring of managers and we make sure they do their
daily tasks. Also, we oversee the vendors, making sure they do a quality
job in a timely manner. We have the experience and knowledge to keep the
condominium projects in tiptop condition. The association monies are used
in an economical manner for the benefit of the homeowners. Our projects
reflect our commitment to quality in appearance year after year. We can
guarantee to save your association money on project management and avoid
special assessments.

We pride ourselves in having the best housekeeping service in Mammoth.
Our service is in-house, not contracted out like most other companies,
so we are accountable for our work.
Our supplies are of the highest quality. Our bathroom set-ups are similar
to a Marriott, or Hilton bathroom. We offer our own quality linens with
large plush towels. We also offer fitted sheets for all our rental condominiums.

We offer free daily towels and supply service to our rental guests.
They simply call housekeeping and we deliver to their unit. Daily maid
service is also available for rental guests at an additional charge to
the renter.
Our units are checked prior to every arrival and after every departure
in order to insure nice clean units and to offer security from any possible
problems.
All our housekeepers are identifiable. They wear company shirts and
hats with our name and logo.

We have our own maintenance staff for plumbing, electrical, drywall
and appliance repair. By having our own maintenance staff, we are able
to fix any situation in a timely manner and for half the price of local
vendors.

Carpet Cleaning

We have our own carpet cleaning company (Custom Carpet Cleaners). We
use a steam cleaning process, which allows us to clean spots or any type
of carpet problem in a timely manner.
